Greatness Complacency
Working with gelato day-in, day-out, I sometimes forget just how great it is. I must remind myself to occasionally stop and enjoy the wonderful thing that is ice cream.
Incidentally, this isn’t one of ours, just in case you know who I work for. It is from an Italian gelateria in Roma, and to be honest it looks a bit deflated. But the colours are so vibrant. Gelato should ignite all the senses, and that is what I have to remind myself every now and then.
