Brazilian MonkMore of a dessert than a cocktail, the Brazilian Monk combines hazelnut liqueur with vanilla ice cream to create a smooth and satisfying way to end a meal or simply just to cool off in the summer.

Ingredients
30ml Frangelico hazelnut liqueur
30ml Kahlua coffee liqueur
30ml dark Creme de Cacao
4 tablespoons vanilla ice cream

Method
Add all the ingredients to a chilled Collins glass and blend until combined. Add a wide straw and garnish with a sprig of mint. To add a touch of class, blend ingredients separately in a shaker, swirl the inside of a chilled wine glass with chocolate sauce and then pour in the cocktail.
